Here is a closeup of "Count Your Blessings" and the final finished block 2 of the Polka Dot Girls. This is such a fun quilt to work on! Now on to block 3! I also finished putting together all the blocks for my red, white and black quilt and now have to lay them out--think I will get out my design board for that job--there are 3 kinds of blocks: corner blocks, side blocks and island blocks. Have to concentrate on this one to get everything in the right spot! Like a lot of things--easy to do, but you have to keep your wits about you as you do them! LOL!!!

Oh very very cute, Jan! What a great pattern that is :) I like embroidery and have some kitty blocks finished...I should make the pieced blocks and move this quilt on!
