Last Project Linus Quilts for 2014

Here are the last of the Project Linus quilts for 2014.  I didn't keep a running tab of the quilts this year, so don't know the total.

Also shown in first picture is a snowman tissue box cover I made with needlepoint on plastic canvas. This one was a kit from Mary Maxim catalog.   Want to make one for every month with patterns I have found on the internet.

Thanks for looking and blessings in the New Year 2015!

Table Topper and crocheting

This was a kit from Connecting Threads.  It is only about 16" across, so quite small.   It was fun and easy to do!  I put it under my little green ceramic Christmas tree.
I'm working on crocheting an Aran afghan for us.  It is labor-intensive, but so pretty when done.  This is about 14 rows.  It's worked the long way.

Merry Christmas  to all my friends in blogland.  Also wishing you the best in the New Year!  Here's to wonderful quilting projects!!!!

Itty Bitty Quilt Squares

These are wool applique 2.5" quilt blocks.  Very fun to do.  I plan to frame them after mounting them on black wool background.

Hoping to get started on some new projects soon.  Have been waiting for M. to somewhat catch up on quilting the Project Linus quilt pile that I have.  Didn't want it to get too over-whelming!!!

Pillowcases

These are eight pillowcases that I made for Kasi's Kids.

Their goal is:

"To help children (and their families) who have been orphaned by domestic violence homicide."
The link to there website is " here.  They give a pillowcase plus other items to the children.
