Talking Turkey

Turkey time---this poor turkey has been in the drawer for the past year, waiting for me to take out the quilting that I didn't like and start the quilting process over.  Now he's looking pretty good!!!!

This is a bug jar quilt.  I think some little boy will like this!  Going to Project Linus.

Sewing Room Wall Hanging

I made two quilts alike with patriotic fabrics.  One is backed and bound with red and the other is backed and bound with dark blue.  They will go to Project Linus.

This is a wall hanging that I made for my sewing room.  The blocks are machine embroidery from my friend, Debi.  Thanks, Debi! The blocks show different sewing accessories.

Some Quilts for Project Linus

These are 4 quilts I made for Project Linus.
This is a four-patch one.  It's hard to see, but the binding is lime green, as is the backing!  Very cheerful!
This is my old stand-by Yellow Brick Road.
This is another Yellow Brick Road that has fleece for the backing and I used fleece for the binding.

This is two different yardages put together and quilted.  Definitely a baby girl quilt.

Autumn is here!

This is the pattern called "Pow-Wow.  Fun to do.  Made for Project Linus.

The weather has been going between hot and cool.  Cold front came through tonight with storms.  So it is nice to have it a little bit cooler.
