One and Two for Project Linus

These are both Yellow Brick Road by Terry Atkinson quilts. I have to say I think I am addicted to that pattern! I've lost count of how many of them I have done. I like the pattern because it only uses 6 fat quarters, it goes really fast and I can usually work around a theme as I did in these two quilts.

The first one is called Motocross because the main theme pattern has motocross bikes in it, at least that's what I think they are. I may be wrong about that----not up on those things because our grandboys are not old enough to have things like that yet!!!

The second one is Baby Hoot Owls. I just love that line of fabric---those owls are so cute. One owl even has a bib on! Too cute!

I'm also almost done with the embroidery on the Sunday School Singers quilt---have one more song to embroider and then can put it together! Hope to finish it tomorrow. We are having a sew day with the DFW Gang, so will get lots done then! It's always a fun get-together.

Let quilting help you make someone smile!

You are a one woman crusade for Project Linus - I'm so amazed at how many you get done, and so beautifully too! That Sunday School quilt is really darling, enjoy your day stitching with friends!

You are always always doing these linus, can I ask you without embarassing you too much, how many linus quilts did you do last year? You are amazing.
