Selvage Edge Box

I made a selvage edge box to keep my selvage edges in.  It was lots of fun to do.  I want to try and make a quilt with selvage edges someday.  These boxes turned into a really fun project.

Getting ready to go, within the next week,  with the DFW Gang to a retreat near Fort Worth.  Seems like I'm taking everything except the kitchen sink this time!   Debi is doing the driving, so I don't even have to worry about that. Taking two machine projects for a large quilt and a couple of Yellow Brick Roads and a couple of hand projects to work on.  That should keep me busy, I think!  We're going to eat out and visit a couple of quilt stores---that should be fun.

Everyone enjoy your week-end!

Let quilting help you make someone smile!

This is just darling! A very clever way to store future strips, too!

What a cute box, and a great place for storing your selvages! Oh boy, a retreat...that sounds SO fun!
