Log Cabin

The top picture is of a Yellow Brick Road that I made for Project Linus----all quilted and ready to go!

The second picture is a quilt top of Log Cabin blocks.  I made them with the solid strips that Debi arranged for me to get from Hoffman fabrics.  Thanks Debi!  I used scraps that I had here for the dark side-----they were all florals.  Hope some little girl will like this.

One More Quilt for Project Linus

This is a chevron quilt. Fun to do and an amazing design. 

 

This is a picture of my Lasho Apso, Chloe with booties which are to keep the grass off her feet so she stops itching. Don't know if they work or not, because she outsmarted us and took them off by pulling on the Velcro as soon as we would get one on.  Onward we go to try something else

New block and Project Linus

This is a quilt for Project Linus and a new block for a BOM that I am doing.  This was called a Sun-Ray block.  The new quilt is called "America the Beautiful." and is in the 2011 issues of McCall's Quilting.  I made it into a BOM for myself so it was easier to do.
