This is a pattern called "Sing" by allie-oopssweethappylife,blogspot,com  She is a talented quilter and has a wonderful Applique Club that you can join at her blog.  It's done on a vintage sheet.

The quilt is bears and is for Project Linus.

Project Linus quilts

Made several (7) of middle one of mermares from My Little Pony and several (2) of the blocks of My Little Pony.  The bottom one of bears has several more coming.  We were lucky enough to receive partial bolts of both fabrics!
