Sampler Quilt

A Project Linus quilt ready to go.

Debi and I are working on a Sampler Row by Row quilt from Lori Holt.  Her book is called "Quilty Fun"  I think she did this quilt as a pattern on her blog, too.  Here are what the rows look like.  It's very fun to do and no pressure because we aren't setting any deadlines!
 Flying geese.
 Butterflies.
 Chevrons
 Four-patch.
Apples.

Chevrons Quilt

This is a Chevrons quilt using Joel Dewberry Notting Hill Fat Quarters.  The pattern is on Moda Bake Shop.  I really like the colors in this one.  Sending to Project Linus.    It's a larger size (56" square) so I think some teenage girl will like this .

Life After the Flu....

Between the holidays and the flu-like bug, I have been remiss in posting-----sorry!  Hope to do better this year.

Maynard finally caught up with me and quilted all the quilts I had in the pile.  Here are pictures of them.  I made them so long ago that I don't remember the patterns anymore.
 Girly-Girl
 Yellow Brick Road

There are 3 like this.  Also a YBR.

That wraps up the Project Linus quilts this year.  We made a total of 71 quilts and sent them to Project Linus who sent them to area hospitals.  Sure feels good.  We thank the good Lord that we were able to make them.

I hope your holidays were happy ones and Blessings in the New Year!
