Here are some Project Linus Log Cabin quilt tops that I did in different settings. I had 80 blocks that I had cut from a Layer Cake of Frolic by Sandy Gervais and I put a setting of 4x5 blocks in each quilt top. So I got 4 quilt tops out of a Layer Cake, plus added background fabric of the same amount. This was a fun project. There are so many settings for the Log Cabin that it was hard to pick just 4! I added a border to make them big enough for the Project Linus quilts. They measure about 42 x 45. Will probably meander quilt them.
The first one is called Zig Zag, the second is Furrows, the third is Star and the fourth is just a straight set of the blocks---I'm sure it has a name, but I just call it a Log Cabin for want of a better name! Maybe one of you has the correct name, if you do, please let me know! Thanks!
Let quilting help you make someone smile!
