This quilt was called "Weaver Fever" in the Fons and Porter pattern. But I renamed it to "He Loves Me" after the fabric line by Jackie Robinson for Maywood Fabrics. It was another one of those that you have to keep your wits about you as you sew or else you get the pattern of the weaving off by one line and off you go !!! The corners are mitered and the daisies in the border are part of the fabric not appliqued. It's even quilted with a lazy daisy motif!!!
Today is Sit N Sew day, so I'm off to visit with my group of friends from there--hope you have a good day too!
Let quilting help you make someone smile!

It's gorgeous but looks very complicated! Great job!
Jackie Robinson used to live in the St. Louis area and owned a local quilt shop. She helped me pick out the fabrics for one of my first quilts in 1985! She has moved a couple of times since then. The shop is still there.
What a beautiful quilt, it is gorgeous. You did a great job.
